Limit external access
Reduce the risk of data leakage and malicious attacks from external users chatting with employees:
- Prevent unmanaged external users from starting a conversation
- Disable guest ability to delete or edit messages
- Disable guest ability to delete chat channels
- Disable guest access to prevent them from sharing malicious files and links
- Restrict anonymous participants from starting or joining a meeting
