FUNCTIONAL CONDITIONING

is a small group class where we utilize highly specialized equipment, such as, suspension trainers (TRX and Super functional), kettlebells, sandbags, slam balls, battle ropes, resistance bands, and bodyweight training to build the essential foundations for movement in life. These small group training classes are comprised of a variety of cross-training circuits specially designed by our instructors. Because class size is small, participants receive more individualized attention. Classes are meant to be dynamic and challenging, yet adaptable to all fitness levels.  

HIIT

Intervals of high intensity cardio combined with intervals of strength training for a total fat torching workout.

MAT PILATES

Getting back to the basics, Mat Pilates is a practice of coordination, strength, balance, posture, and breathwork using all of your own body weight. Strengthen and lengthen your muscles with variations of your favorite classic movements. Perfect for beginners or the experienced athlete to tune back into their body and control.

PILATES X STRENGTH 

Fire up and flow into strength based movements. Together we will work through core stabilization and strength, posture, breathwork, and the principles of Pilates using a combination of body weight and hand weights to intensity that burn. Get the strength you are craving with a good stretch into your full range of motion.

POUND FIT

POUND is a full-body drumming workout that uniquely combines cardio, conditioning, and strength training with
yoga and Pilates- inspired movements using lightly weighted exercise drumsticks. Burn up to 900+ calories per hour, strengthen and sculpt infrequently used muscles and drum your way to a leaner, slimmer physique-all while rocking out to your favorite music!


STRETCHING AND FLEXIBILITY

Our class is designed for people of all ages and fitness levels. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, this class is perfect for you!In this class, we'll focus on a combination of static and dynamic stretching techniques to improve flexibility and range of motion. Our experienced instructors will guide you through a variety of poses, which will help increase blood flow, reduce muscle tension, and improve flexibility.Dynamic stretching involves movement and repetition of stretches to help increase blood flow and speed up the recovery process. Static stretching involves holding a stretch for a longer period of time to help increase flexibility and reduce muscle tension.

YOGA FOR ATHLETES

Build strength, flexibility and balance with this one hour of Yoga for Athletes class. We will be focusing on range of motion and mobility in order further improve upon your sport of choice targeting tight hips, hamstrings, back muscles, shoulders and even relieving stress and anxiety along the way! This class will feature long holds to ensure power alignment along with mind and body connection to counteract your typical range of motion. With consistent practice you will find lasting increases in overall maneuverability as well as moreover mental stamina.

YOUNG ATHLETE SPORTS PERFORMANCE

A sport-specific strength and conditioning program designed to reduce & minimize sports-related injuries and improve athletic performance. Our athletes undergo two training sessions every week focused on gameday performance in-season and off. As developing athletes, this program will guide you through a system designed to enhance your athletic performance and improve your confidence as an athlete.
